Join Audubon Mid-Atlantic for our 5th annual Philly Birding Weekend, a celebration of the incredible birdlife thriving right in our backyard! Over the course of this weekend, we'll explore some of the region's richest birding hotspots, from the historic grounds of The Woodlands and the stunning collections at Morris Arboretum to the wetlands and woodlands of FDR Park and Carpenter's Woods. We'll venture beyond the city too, with stops at the Norristown riverfront and the John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove. Whether you're a seasoned birder or picking up your binoculars for the first time, there's a walk, paddle, or ride designed for you.

This year's lineup features some of our most memorable outings yet, including a scenic canoe expedition along the Delaware at Glen Foerd, a guided walk through the historic Strawberry Mansion neighborhood, and a fun, active Bike-N-Bird tour powered by Indego bikeshare. We'll also spend time at The Discovery Center and East Fairmount Park, where urban green space and vibrant migratory activity come together in one of Philadelphia's most exciting birding locations.
