Nonprofit Rentals
We offer special discounts on room rentals for nonprofit fundraisers, staff retreats, workshops, and trainings.

Once you fill out the form, staff will respond through email. After selecting a date, we will schedule a meeting to either gather more information or move forward with booking.
Please DO NOT contact us about rentals by phone, as our rental team works through email.
Note: We cannot accept rentals for Sunday evening past 5:00 pm.

Rental Space Options
Great Room
Capacity: 200 standing, 175 seated in chairs, 150-160 seated at tables
The Great Room is our largest rental space. The north-facing window looks out onto the Strawberry Mansion Reservoir. With a modular wall, the Great Room can be divided into a smaller rental space called The Multipurpose Room, which is rented separately.
This space includes access to a kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
This space is well-suited for multifunctional events, breakout rooms, special activities like yoga or games, and occasions such as memorials or anniversaries.

Multipurpose Room
Capacity: 80 standing, 75 seated, 60-70 seated at tables
The Multipurpose Room, a division of The Great Room, is offered for smaller events such as birthday parties, community events, club meetings, and professional development workshops.
The room also has a beautiful view of the Strawberry Mansion Reservoir and access to our kitchen if needed.

Conference Room
Capacity: 12-15 seated at tables
The Conference Room is perfect for professional or casual meetings. With a wall-mounted TV and the option to add advanced video conferencing tools, the Conference Room allows you to connect in person and virtually.
Attached to the Information Center, this space is parallel to the view of The Strawberry Mansion Reservoir.

Courtyard
Capacity: 200 standing, 150 seated in chairs or standing at cocktail tables
The Courtyard is the entrance to The Discovery Center buildings and grounds. With a full view of the Strawberry Mansion reservoir, the backdrop can’t be beat for any event.
If renting indoor space, the Courtyard will only be available for events once the Center has closed to the public.
