Get Married at The Discovery Center

The Discovery Center is a unique location to celebrate your love. Best for weddings with 150 guests or fewer, our wedding package includes:

• Use of the Great Room, the Kitchen, the Courtyard, and the Water Walk (before sunset) included. Observation Tower may be included for photos at no charge, but a flat rate will apply for guest access. 

• The full day of the wedding, the Great Room is available for setup and decorations by the clients and/or caterers

• Decorations and other items may be dropped off at the Center the day before the wedding, by arrangement with Center staff

• Decorations and other items may be picked up at the Center the day after the wedding, by arrangement with Center staff 

• Walkthroughs and planning meetings with the Center Director, caterers, DJs, and other vendors to ensure your day is exactly as you hoped

• Up to twenty 60” round tables 

• Up to ten 60” long rectangular tables

• Up to 100 black stacking chairs 

• Up to 50 black foldable chairs 

• Trash cans, trash bags, recycling cans 

• On site trash disposal 

• Setup of tables and chairs as specified with Center Director prior to the event

• Breakdown of tables and chairs after your event 

• Hand carts for transporting items from the parking lot to the event space, golf cart by arrangement with Center staff

• On site staff before, during, and after your event for anything that may come up

• Clean and ADA accessible restrooms

• Use of up to two 65” TVs with HDMI inputs for client provided device 

• Use of a lectern if needed

• Use of up to two microphones for the Great Room sound system

• Use of the Great Room sound system to play music via Bluetooth from a client provided device

Note: The Discovery Center is a public place during our opening hours, and no rentals may interfere with the visitors’ experiences or with the plants and animals that call The Discovery Center home.

Prices depend on guest count and requirements and start at $2500.
