Once you learn about wild plants and their many uses, you'll never be the same! Join Audubon Mid-Atlantic and Lady Danni from Wild Foodies as we walk through our trail to observe and learn about our edible plants on site, and emphasize the beauty and utility of the plants you may consider weeds. You'll also learn about our conservation efforts along our trail and how you can get involved. After our walk, we'll conclude with a discussion with mugwort tea and shortbread that Lady Danni will make; participants can also build a deeper understanding and connection to these plants. Participants are encouraged to bring their nature journals to document their observations.
